James Jackson is the author of two books on the life and work of Jean Cocteau: ‘The Poetic Idioms of Jean Cocteau’s Art’ (Palgrave Macmillan, 2024) and ‘The World of Jean Cocteau’ (Palgrave Macmillan, 2026). He earned his PhD from the University of Southampton in 2022 and contributes to numerous publications on topics relating to culture and the arts.
