THE ART OF NEW TANGO

Native from San Juan, Argentina, Juan Pablo Jofre Romarion aka JP Jofre, is a Grammy Award-nominated composer and bandoneon player. He has been repeatedly highlighted by the New York Times and praised as one of today’s leading artists by Great Performers at Lincoln Center. His music has been recorded by the legendary London Symphony Orchestra, 16 times Grammy winner Paquito D’ Rivera, and Orpheus Chamber Orchestra among others.  He has performed and given lectures at Google Talks, TEDtalks, and The Juilliard School of Music. Ensemble 360 has gained an enviable reputation across the UK for the quality and integrity of their performances. Formed in 2005, eleven musicians of international standing came together to take up residency in South Yorkshire with Music in the Round, establishing a versatile group comprising five string players, five wind players and a pianist.  Get a glimpse of them in performance here.
